Spent three nights at this wonderful property with family. Neat rooms, clean linen, good multi-cuisine restaurant & excellent room service. The property is in the heart of Candolim with beach, super markets, restaurants and shopping centres nearby. I recommend this property for a cozy and comfortable stay in Goa.

My friend had booked this place from Google reviews. It’s One Star accommodation & Poorly managed & untrained staff. Hardly anyone at the front desk except when we checked in .Location is the key , it’s on the main road across from fisherman Cove restaurant. You have to ask for water pressure to be turned on. Their main business is probably food and we hardly saw any guests at the restaurant. We didn’t eat there either, the place has potential under better management.rooms are very small with basic needs . It’s fine for short stay for the price. We shifted to better place after 2 nights, there is hardly room to walk around the room, good for solo traveler on budget but you can all price range and amenities in goa once you get to know the city.

Hotel is situated on the main street, near to the Candolem beach road. Rooms and spaces around the lounge are compact. Wifi is not useful, no range nor speed. Room service guy was drunk and not able to understand easily when reached out. Food and bar area is well spaced out and dining was delicious.

Had 12 nights stay here, it was clean and modern. The staff are all really lovely, they can'tdo enough for you.The food in the restaurant below was excellent!! Air con, fan balcony all good. WiFi a bit hit n miss, but managed to stay in touch with fam/friends via watsapp. Beach about 5mins walk, fantastic beach, although some people just leave their rubbish.great location, everything close by. Night life restaurants really good.

central hotel and everything is walking distance, but I did not have a pleasant stay this time. The rooms are not being maintained. Not so clean linen, Cobwebs and dust on every table in the room, so it’s mostly not cleaned before you check in. the place is going to the dogs. No maintenance at all in the rooms. Bathroom shower and taps had no water pressure for 3 of the 4 days. Wifi speed less than 2G. In the past the place was super clean and had house keeping. Now house keeping isn’t available unless you call the single guy available, but he’s sweet and friendly. The restaurant below - pink flamingo, is mostly empty. Probably the management changed after covid from OYO so everything has gone down. Breakfast menu says breakfast MANU. So that’s the Interest level. Disappointed with my stay after paying 3500 a night.
