It was my first ever visit to India. Chose to stay here with family, booked one wooden cottage and one slightly better room for a week. Loved this place a lot. First of all, great location, goes straight to the cafe and to the beach. Secondly, beautiful territory. Neat lawn, tidy path that gets cleaned at least once a day every morning, cozy lights in the evening, outside areas to relax near the cottage as well as a common territory. Thirdly, personnel is kind, always ready to help and nice to talk to. The kitchen chef (at least that's what I thought he was) was always going an extra mile to try and help us get used to the Indian food, was making us something extra nice for breakfast (and breakfast was included in the price of stay). On the day of our departure they sent us to the bus with all our suitcases and made sure we were fine. Overall, the rooms are good, AC everywhere, hot water always running, didn't encounter any problems whatsoever. WiFi access points all over the territory, but the speed isn't always really high. Everything was clean enough, water bottles are brought in every day by the personnel. In a higher-class room there's a small fridge installed, which we used a lot to keep water and fruits cool. If I decide to visit GOA again, I think there's a high chance I'll come stay in this hotel again

Had a lovely stay at Village Susegat Beach Resort this August. The service was impeccable and stay was comfortable. The rooms were quite clean and the staff displayed a strong attention to detail towards making our stay a pleasant experience. The food at their cafe though, was the cherry on top! Absolutely delicious, with fresh and healthy ingredients; my vacation was all the more comfortable thanks to the magic their chef could do! It was an absolute pleasure to have spent time at this resort and i hope to be able to visit again :))

TRUST ME ON THIS ONE Our selection of this charming cottage for a delightful 5-night sojourn in Goa was met with remorse. Regrettably, the staff exhibited an inexplicable discourtesy and nonchalance, responding with an unbecoming insolence to the guests' inquiries. This wasn't a singular experience; four other families shared in my apprehensions. Curiously absent during our stay, the owner's non-presence loomed. In the owner's absence, the waitstaff seemed to engage in clandestine dealings. A private event unfolded on the premises, orchestrated by these waiters through personal connections. They audaciously chose to forgo the customary resort lunch, levying an additional ₹500 charge for an impromptu buffet originally intended for a wedding celebration. The rooms are unhygienic and infested with red ants. The food in inexplicably pricey and bland. Take my advise, book another cottage. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

In my whole trip this resort disappoint all of us. Booking these rooms are biggest mistake. There is leakage in room, flush are not working at all, no amenities available. Beach is good but location is too inside and feels unsafe at one point. No quick service available. Food is ok but costly. Luxurious rooms are not at all luxurious just regular rooms with very bad toilets. I’ll not recommend this resort to anyone.
