Pros: The staff is nice, love the balconies there. The view is quite decent too and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast at the hotel is quite sumptuous Cons : not very happy about not being able to order food from swiggy or zomato, this is a major let down since the non veg at the hotel isn't that great. There's definitely room for improvement. There was a slight issue with laundry as well which again was a let down because we had to keep chasing them to get a bag laundered and they wouldn't follow up. The plugs in the rooms are kinda hard too, strange observation maybe but I had to struggle a lot to plug in chargers and my hair dryer. Over all the place is good for the price and there are good restaurants at a distance of 3 - 5 kms. So I'd still consider going back.

Great value of money, very polite and cooperative staff, they have given us free room upgrade and early check in. Guys , free early check in was so help after the night long journey. Good work keep it up, will surely visit again.

Worst Services …. never to be recommended to anyone… Please do not believe in verbal communication and take everything documented…. Ohh sorry even after documenting everything they were not ready to accept it and started making excuses and started nuisance …. Food quality is worst … Hotel rooms are even worst No etiquette to talk to guest ,… they will ask to make complete payment in advance, please never make complete payment in advance ad after that you are stuck and cherry on the cake is the last Minute Surprises I wish the rating were in Negative

The attention to detail in the room's decor was impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience. The hotel's restaurants offered a diverse range of delectable cuisines, each dish expertly prepared and presented. What truly sets Hotel Dorton apart is its exceptional service. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to making my stay perfect was unparalleled. They anticipated my every need, and their warmth and professionalism made me feel like a VIP. In conclusion, Hotel Dorton worth every Penny.
