Sorry, but this was one of the worst property that we have stayed. The entire property was poorly maintained. The moment we entered the gate, there was negative vibes and sull feelings. Pictures of the property on the web is misleading. The pics were taken on the very next day of inauguration of the property but now it is very old building, all the amenities are broken. When we requested the table tennis ball, the staff responded that someone has stolen so now they don't have table tennis ball, so you can't play. This was our company's annual picnic and we were around 25 people. When we all were having fun in the dining area after dinner, one of the staff members came and switched off TV and all lights without talking to any of us. When we asked why did he turned off the lights, he said you can't sit in common area after 11:00 PM. Very rude behaviour. They do not have enough parking for buses. When we arrived we parked our bus on the premises. After freshen up when we wanted to go out, they have parked other buses in front of us and blocked us. When we requested the front desk to ask other drivers to move their buses, so we can go out. The staff replied that you should have told us that we will go out. Now the other bus drivers went out for the lunch and you can't go out. We have booked 8 rooms.

Sorry, but there was nothing to like about the stay. the whole property itself is very poorly maintained. the moment you enter the main gate, you get a very dull feeling seeing the condition of the property. Please update real photos of the current exterior of the property and interior condition of the rooms. Totally misleading photos while booking. I booked because I saw it was the same chain as THE FERN, where is stayed earlier. But it was nothing like the experience we had in THE FERN, Lonavala. 1.) All rooms had twin beds bought together and covered with a huge bed sheet. No king or queen size beds in the whole property. Try sleeping in those with your partner and see how uncomfortable they are. 2.) Pillows. Who has ever demanded for such huge pillows. There are seating/ show pillows and then there are sleeping pillows. The property just had show pillows. 3.) There was dirty colored water flowing from basin taps. I asked for a packaged bottle for brushing etc. never got one. 4.) The room itself looked like at least 10-12 years old when i was told they property itself is around 4-5 years old. stained bed fabric, unpolished furniture, paint coming out on walls etc. 5.) In-Room dining. Had ordered for a starter and dal rice. They got the dal rice first and said starter will take time. For Rs.5500, it was really disappointing. If it was around 3-3500, it would be less hurting. Either reduce the price or put up real photos of the property on booking websites, so that people don't keep much expectations and know where they will be exactly staying.

I came here with family for a short vacation and stayed for 3 nights. Location is good with lots of greenery around. Very neat to Lonavala lake (5km), near to the Karla cave, Bhaje cave (3 km). Amenities are good with a clean swimming pool and there are indoor games like TT, Carrom and for kids there is a small Trampoline, slide, swings. There is also a small play area for toddlers. We stayed in Deluxe room. It's spacious with large windows. Bathroom is clean and all toiletteries. The food is amazing. Very tasty, less spicy and the buffet spread is very nice. We had breakfast and dinner and for both the buffet spread was amazing. Overall an amazing stay with cordial and helpful staffs

The worst possible hospitality experience. My child & her classmates just returned from a 2 night stay at this freaking property. People spitting outside guest rooms, strangers knocking at children's rooms, a place full of negative vibes. Children have literally suffered. Also, there was this particular staff, wearing a blue colored jacket who was unduly rude with children who were looking for something while playing a game. I wish I had accompanied the children

Very Poor Service. 1. They charged us over the cost. 16000 for two room whereas other were charged 8000 for two rooms. Double the charge. Full on loot. 2. Rooms are very bad. Our room number was 110 and in this bed lights were not avilable. 3. Second room was 108 in which no cleanliness was done and room directly given to us. 4. Room 108, no chair avilable, bed mattrices was broken, old pillows were kept 5. We had German friends with us and it was really very disappointing experiance for them. We have take them out for all the time as pool was also closed at 7pm. 6. All indoor games are broken and good to play. Snooker has only one stick and too was broken. 7. After 10:30 you will not get anything to eat 8. No welcome drinks or any other options on arrival. 9. In breakfast, boild eggs were 5 to 6 days old, smelling very bad. Even telling them twice no one changed it nor any other alternative provided 10. Tea was kept from 7 am and same kettle till 10:30 am. 11. Rooms smelling very bad. 12. We changed room 108 to other and we got 111 in which bathroom lock not working. 13. No toiletry kept till next day morning. And we have to call and ask for tissue rolls. 14. My entire 16000 waste. Better could have took and low budget rooms. Very bad impression in front of our foreign people. 15. Requesting others to please think twice before investing to hard earn money in this resort.
