The rooms were descent size and the bathroom was equipped with water heaters. AC outlet needs good cleaning. Ideally something to prevent pigeons from nesting in the bathroom windows. The window sill was filled with dust and pigeon features in the bathroom. Service was good. The breakfast wasn't that great. They had options but often left cold. There is not much one can do about the location but we had difficulty getting auto or taxi to drive in because of their roads. The highlight is their wifi. Which was descent speed allowing us to do remote work. Mostly in the common rooms rather than the bedrooms. Not a great value for the location.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Despite notifying them of my check-in time, the 2BHK apartment wasn't prepared by 4 pm. They urged us to share the room with 5-6 men, jeopardizing safety and privacy. Despite a hefty payment of Rs 5500, the experience lacked value. Miss Ramana advised switching to another hotel if we declined to share. The staff exhibited a money-minded attitude, and during breakfast, they billed us for tea, despite it being requested. Madurai boasts better hotels with superior hospitality at more affordable rates. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

Decent stay for a day or two. Rooms were comfortable, but the place is little interior.only turn off was the hard water in washroom. The breakfast was having limited options but was awesome. Don't miss that if you stay here.
