VITS Aurangabad hotel needs upgrade, the rooms are not maintained at all, the furniture, bathroom fittings, windows, etc almost everything is very old and not maintained at all. Some rooms smell very weirdly (i can tell you this coz for family function multiple rooms were booked by our host). The staff is good and they try to makeup for the downside of the property. The food quality is very very bad, I would not recommend to even have snacks or breakfast in this hotel, there are lot of good options in the nearby vicinity, so please avoid food here. The location is good and the management has really good scope to refurbish & improve this property, considering the VITS brand which was once considered to be very good.

During my recent week-long stay at VITS hotel, I encountered a few notable points worth mentioning. The hotel's proximity to the railway station and bus stop provided convenient access for travelers, which was a definite plus. While the hotel offers amenities such as a pool, restaurant, and provides basic room amenities like shower caps and toiletries, there are areas in need of improvement. Upon arrival around 4 PM, there was no one available to assist with our luggage, which was disappointing. The cleanliness of the bathrooms also left something to be desired and could certainly be improved. Furthermore, the hotel's WiFi service was unreliable and in need of enhancement to meet the expectations of modern travelers. In addition, the restaurant's breakfast buffet had a limited selection of food items, and the dining area appeared chaotic, lacking in organization and cleanliness. Overall, while VITS hotel offers convenience in terms of location and some amenities, there are clear areas where improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience, including better staff availability, improved WiFi connectivity, and increased attention to cleanliness throughout the premises

Good ambience. Good rooms however breakfast and lunch quality can be improved. Good property, ample parking space is available. It is very near to train station.

For business customers there should be a stable wifi or at least a possibility to upgrade to a better plan, else staying here makes no sense as i had to opt for a co-working space during the day given the poor internet connection. Also a disclaimer saying that the hotel is rented as a wedding venue would be helpful. The property is nice and the rooms need a renovation. The staff is kind and very helpful.
