Rooms are quite big. Service from the room boys was excellent. The senior staff were not up to the mark and they were not open for the feedback and tried to prove their point. Another ill experience was that on December 20, 2023, a guy parked his jeep in the midway and blocked the path going to hotel's ramp (towards hotel entrance) for 7 minutes. The driver was very much in the jeep. We could have easily walked to hotel but unfortunately we had a senior citizen, who was not in a position to walk. We had come for a wedding and stayed in this hotel for three days from December 19 to December 21. I alighted from the jeep and requested the driver to park his vehicle aside. However, he did not respond. Hence I told the two security guards at the main gate. They said they can't do any thing and asked us to wait as the jeep will leave in sometime. After the jeep left, we got our car till hotel's entrance. Then I spoke to the Manager (young Bengali speaking guy), he went to the security guards and spoke to them. After coming back, this Manager told me that I should have waited till the jeep cleared the path. Despite availability of such a large open space the driver should have been asked to park the vehicle at other place. The expectation from the Manager was only "Sir next time such incident will not happen again." Disappointed with Manager's unprofessionalism.

Overall the hotel worked just great for me. I wanted an accommodation that has good rooms that are upto high standards. I was delighted with the prompt and polite service from the staff. Room was as clean and neat as depicted in the pictures. There's ample parking space for cars. Also the food was commendable in terms of taste, portion size and the pricing. Great value for money hotel.

A good hotel but with average service. Pros: The rooms were maintained properly and clean with comfy beds. Extra beds were also provided. Cons: The rooms didn't have wifi, and the location being away from the centre, there was connectivity issue. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust, no window either.

We stayed at Vits Nanded for a family wedding. Positives: The junior staff was very courteous and polite except for one female staff member during breakfast. The rooms were spacious and accommodated three people comfortably. Negatives: The senior staff was not very skilled at management. Our meal at Thaat Baat was very disorganized. Every item was served in an incorrect order. My cousin was given rasmalai without any rasgulla. The bathrooms in the rooms did not have exhaust fans. We were given only two sealed mineral water bottles on the first day. On the other days, the bottles given were used bottles which were just refilled with water. They were not sealed and thus we were worried about the water being unsafe for consumption. During breakfast, the requests of the guests were either left unfulfilled or fulfilled only after a long delay and multiple reminders. Now moving to all the events. The upholstery on all the chairs was stained. While serving food, the appetizers were served very scarcely. Most guests were often left hanging when they asked for repetition. The entire venue was full of tripping hazards. The groom’s mother fell off the stage. Wires were not sealed with tape and carpets were laid unevenly. Many guests tripped and could have been hurt very badly.
