Hotel is right at sea Beach.. this is one of best beach in area. Even beach side view rooms have superb sea view n amazing sea winds reaching room. You can explore beach day, evening, night - anytime you want. Rooms are spacious with all basic facilities.. one has to remember that this is not 4-5star property (although tariffs may be high as 4-5 start property during weekends n peak seasons). Being so close to beach, hotel takes hit of salt n humid winds - hence rusting at places.. if u getting this hotel at around 2.5 to 3k than it's worth penny - anything above 3k may leave u with resort level comparison. We found food as per our taste n food options are enough for any decent hotel. Staff was super curtious n always a smiling face. Tried almost every veg n chicken dishes - quantity was good for 2 people n taste was matching our preference. Enjoy beach all day.. relax in room while listening to sound of sea.. you won't have mobile signal (as hotel is right below a mountain) - so enjoy digital detox time.

Truly Excellensea. Had a great stay. Staff is very friendly and ready to help out. Special shout out to Mitali, Tanvi and Pranav Sir, they made it extra special. We wanted to extend stay but couldn't, will be coming back for sure. Beach is just outside the gate and it is a beautiful, clean beach. Food can improve a little bit, but they customized after request. We loved this place, especially my 3 year old had great time and made lot of friends here.

Had there been courtesy and hospitality in this place, it would be one of the best and memorable experiences to live in here.... Staff at reception is not well trained... Need to maintain swimming pool area too... Dal khichdi is best... Excellent location, view and property...

Hotel is not up to the mark as per described in the front page of this website. Staff itself is confused without any instructions and no proper behaviour with clients with childish behaviour. We had high expectations from the hotel staff as it was highly rated by Google, hotel is likely to look beautiful outside but not from inside. No TV network , deluxe room with "no outside the box arrangements", no proper wifi, no hot water fr morning bath, swimming pool not clean at all, shoe polish machine in proper condition, dinner couch was not able to even sit comfortably due to low height,lift not in working condition as we were not able to wait at our 1st floor. After starving for 1hr we got to know that we are charged for barbaque, even after being charged per plate Rs 999/- the food was not up to the mark, Gave just 1sabji, cold rotis,no taste for items which were to be likeable by small children. No speaker or arrangement for children.

Excellensea…amazing hotel on the karde beach…all rooms are sea facing and having splendid view of sea. food is excellent and tasty. they serve authentic konkani food. dinner arrangements are special to mention as it is setup in the front lawn. staff is supporting and there to cater all your needs ( special mention of restaurant staff Mitali, Tanvi and Vedant)
