It's TAJ so no need to explain about their service, rooms and staff behaviour. Rooms are very nice and fairly priced. Very friendly staff and of course a nice Breakfast buffet 😀 with live calming music. The staff at the reception Ms. Anamika was very kind and friendly to address the customers. The only issue I found is it's a little far from the Airport.

So, I stayed for two days on 16th December I checked out of the hotel. I missed my orange colour sweatshirt and packet of tea leaves in my room . I left .then after two days I called the reception and cross checked that they have found anything or not they said they found my belongings and they'll keep my stuff safe when I'll come to guwahati they'll handover it to me the lady of the front desk assured me this . Today in 29 January I called again to check that my belongings are safe with them around 3o' clock I called them for five times and everytime they would say "Ma'am I'll call you back in five minutes I'll just cross check with my housekeeping team " And then this frontdesk staff doesn't call back 😠now they are saying they don't have anything and they didn't found anything on 16 December . I would like to say how irresponsible their staff is . They don't know how to take care of anyone's belongings they took the responsibility and they lost my stuff I hat this hotel staff .

The rooms and overall ambience of the facility is great. Food and drinks are good. Only problem is I think they are understaffed and due to more work pressure, they tend to compromise on the services. They could not get my luggage to my room from my vehicle after I checked in. I was asked to come down and get the baggage myself from the security. Although the security already forwarded my Baggage to the counter, the good officers on the counter told me to check with the security instead of coordinating or help me find my baggage. If you call up the counter for anything they will address you with your name and tell you it might be delayed and mostly come down to do your things yourself. Worst experience in terms of services till now. Nothing in comparison to Radisson or kiranshree grand, they are miles ahead in terms of services. Thank you for the stay though, the rooms were good.

I stayed at this five-star property with my family, and it has been an excellent experience for us, The hotel has a nice ambiance, a swimming pool, a restaurant, etc. The hotel staff are very helpful. Ms. Anamika from the front desk was excellent at hospitality; she helped us with a smooth check-in to the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, and they have a good breakfast menu. I want to thank Mrs. Archana, who cooked a local food called 'Pitha'; we tasted this for breakfast, and the taste was very nice.
