1. I did not get the room at check in time. I had to wait for an hour extra to get the room. 2. Room was not even cleaned before giving me the room. Literally the commode was not even checked and flushed. 3. The washroom had no body soap. How am I supposed to bath? 4. They gave me towel when I asked them for it. Basically they were not ready for the coming guests. Very bad experience. Not negligible at all.

Pathetic Services. Rooms are Very small, hardly can be occupied by two people. The windows of Bathrooms are connected with each other emerging lack of privacy. Soaps are not provided unless demanded. Same case Towels are not provided, after demand if they are given are very dirty. Very very poor reception area where no one is present whenever you go. No welcoming nature of staff. Parking is not there, you have to park at Road area which is very risky. No DTH services are provided unless you demand that too atleast for 5 to 8 times. Dustbins are very dirty, you cant even see it. cupboard provided are dustfull. No play area for kids. Very congested place. For the first time we had gone there with family first then they have not asked anything but as we booked two rooms for company purpose and provided our I Cards but they denied as one is booked for male and other one for female. They said they want same name I Card which is not entirely professional approach as in company different people work and if they go for business trip by booking different rooms, they denied on the basis of Male Female. My suggestion is so please keep only Male Staff in Hotel for this mannerism.

Thanks Vovam Service Apartment I Stayed at Vovam for 6 days. My overall experience is very good..I love this place a lot. Food , Rooms, staff , environment is very good. This is ideal place to stay for longer time . I will recommend Vovam for all. Thanks 🙏
