I had a 2 night stay at this resort around the NYE with some friends including guests from abroad. Overall the resort is nice and the staff was very helpful but few things that happened during our stay there would make recommending this place difficult like the showers not having any temperature control mechanism. 1. We had booked 3 different rooms. None of the rooms had shower where we could regulate the water temperature. It was boiling hot in the morning and barely room temperature at night, making taking a shower almost impossible. 1 of the rooms had a functional electric kettle, another one had a non functioning kettle with heavily bandaged power cable while the third one did not have one. 2. They booked safaris for us which was convenient, but then seemed to be unsure about the timings. Once we were asked to be ready by 5AM post their loud NYE celebrations till midnight, but the safari turned out to be scheduled for only at 6 30AM and we had to stand for an hour from 5 AM being told to expect our vehicle to reach any moment 3. The earlier incident did not turn out to be an isolated one as on the same day we were told that our afternoon Safari would be at 3PM but we found out it was really at 2PM barely half an hour in advance. The lunch was supposed to be ready by 1PM but was never ready before 1 40PM making starting the safari on time almost impossible. 4. When we took up this issues with the management they refused to acknowledge that these are problems at all and just asked to be okay with losing an hour of sleep and safari for no fault of ours when safaris are quite expensive and we would have liked to make the most of the short durations. All in all it is a nice resort but their service doesn't justify the prices at all.

It's a very comfortable place to stay in. The garden and other outdoor decor is really cute. The pool is not much, but good for kids. Food is nice and staff is helpful. The newer rooms are really good, and they are still developing the property even more. If you have a driver with you, you might want to look for different arrangements for them as the hotel doesn't provide accommodation for drivers.

Paid advance for a stay in February 2023. Was unable to make the visit due to health issues so I told the CS representative to keep the amount as deposit to be utilised at a later date. Representative agreed said I could visit when I could plan it next. On contacting the property in December same year a new representative was assigned who initially told me that a room was available on my chosen date but when I told her to book it, the representative said that her predecessor only paid the property partly and they're not responsible for the mishandling. When told to charge in full for current reservation and adjust the amount paid as advance later the representative says that the room is already booked for the date and I could only use the advance amount within six days from date. I'm staying at another hotel a day prior and due to unavailability at the same resort I was trying to book vraksh resort for the second day since the deposit was already paid. I didn't have the luxury of time to make two trips in a week to a place which is nearly 100km away from my residence. Simply put, lost the advance and had a had an unpleasant experience. To sum it up. The management of this property is terrible. Be wary. Think twice.
