Average hotel i would say. Definitely not 5 star. Hotels with 5 star have better services. The services are not bad but not up to the standards. Everything takes times, for few things we had to request 7-8 times. Rooms were not ready but were handed to us. Even saw couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. We opted for standard rooms where they actually made us feel like they will give us only lower than standard services. Few good things: Breakfast (juice and other drinks were horrible though, cold coffee especially which had sugar enough to make anyone diabetic , they repeated the same thing again) and dinner buffet, location, especially the access to the beach. But the downside is that they don’t provide any sun bed for guests who want to access the beach. This hotel seems to be more for groups or companies that want to conduct conferences. Staffs have been friendly though. Still having one night to go, no room cleaning so far, despite asking them to. Not spending so much money here next time only to get service of a 2 star hotel.

Awesome stay. Buffet dinner and breakfast were simply outstanding. Rooms/bathroom were up to the mark. Only concern we had was the TV recharge that had expired. Overall terrific stay.

We have stayed here for 3 days and really loved the place, the staff and the services. Beautiful location with beach view, thoroughly enjoyed everything. The hotel staff are really supportive. Namitha has been taking care of things for us from day 1, very patient and helpful.. Food was amazing, Aakash has been serving us food with lot of love and care. Had a great vacation.
