I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had during my stay at your hotel. Firstly, my booked rooms where alloted to other customer without any communication call/email. the rooms provided did not meet the expectations set by the booking information. The disparity between what was advertised and the actual accommodations was noticeable and disappointing. The room lacked the amenities and comfort that were promised during the reservation process. Additionally, I am displeased with the unexpected transportation charges incurred when transferring from one hotel to another. This charge was not communicated clearly during the booking process, and it added an unexpected and unwarranted expense to my stay. I believe it is essential for hotels to uphold the standards and promises made during the booking process to ensure customer satisfaction. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improvements in both room quality and transparent communication regarding additional charges. Persons sitting at the reception has no manners how to talk to customers also they sounds very rude..

Guys, don't book this hotel; it is the worst hotel in Delhi. Water will not come properly, heaters will not work,rooms are not clean,TV remotes will not be provided,Delhi to Agra bookings, and taxis booking everything they are cheeting. Don't book anyone at this hotel.
