We had gone there during Jan . It was one of the best experiences ever. The staff were all very helpful, the camel ride was good. The Jeep Safari at night for star gazing was excellent, the only issue was the way they drive. They also provide cultural programs at night which was also entertaining. Kudos to the team for managing this camp in an excellent manner.

Best camp All over experience good camp location was very nice desert safari and camel safari amazing ride camp location was near by desert Very nice place in the Sam dunes. We did not expect such a hospitality in a dessert frankly. But the food, the service, the space was very liberal and big at heart. We opted for break fast, high tea & dinner along with stay. The check in time was 2:30/3 as they have electricity issues so check out is early around 10:30/11. The hi tea when we came back from the dessert was as good as brunch. There was a small bar too along with fold music followed by DJ here. We enjoyed our 1 night stay here and given a chance we would have opted for one more night if knowing about such a nice place in the middle of the dessert. They guided us well too on how to cover Jaisalmer in coming 2 days of our stay. Hot water wa session available, basic toiletries were provided the flow was made of marble and the walls and ceiling was cloth tent material - we loved it . Thank you

These are scamsters. After the online booking I was denied any accommodation. The manager is rude and the worst hotel or accommodation experience I have had ever in my life. I strongly suggest to not book online at all. You will be treated badly and you will be insulted and might be asked to stay in a tent with mattress in a farmland. Don't go for the photos, they won't provide any such thing. Beware! Beware! Beware!. Fraud alert!!!!!

Booked through their city office for 2 nights during New Years. I understand NYE are peak times, but still the charges were a bit pricey (more than 4-5 times) for the services offered. Lot of info hidden (limited heater availability, some tents unsuitable for seniors). We still went ahead & bought an all inclusive package and in spite of that every service providers were asking shamelessly for tips. As it is I tip as a practice but demanding for crazy tips for every small service was just big turn off. Owner did give good service 1st day but it just went downhill from there. In summary, - don’t go during NYE - over rated - 1 night is enough - might not be suitable for elders Trip with elderly parents.
