This was our second hotel during a 3 week trip in India (we spent 3 days here) and it included the worst hotel room I have ever seen. It was incredibly dirty with every wall having at least 2 visible stains. The door to the bathroom had a stain that looked like blood. The bathroom was similarly dirty, but also had the added bonus of the tap not working. Worst of all though was the mold/fungus. When we arrived I decided to spend some time reading to relax a bit, and after spending 2 hours in the room I developed a headache and started feeling sick, it got to the point where I couldn't be in the room for more than 5 minutes at a time. Luckily we had booked 2 rooms and while the other room was still dirty it at least wasn't a health hazard. To mention a few things besides the rooms the pool also looked like it needed to have been cleaned 2 months ago. The only positive part of our stay was the restaurant by the hotel that we used quite often.

The pool is the highlight. You'll surely enjoy spending time in and around it. The room we stayed in wasn't cleaned throughout our stay but was not dirty per say when we checked in. The staff aren't friendly though. They won't bother you but don't expect much help. They mean business and that's it. Definitely a good place to stay but you have to be self sufficient. One good thing is the restaurant in front is open early in the morning which is a rarity it seemed in the street. It wasn't crowded at this time and is recommended.

The bedroom was ok but the bathroom.. was disgusting... The water to flush toilet was brown.. so could not tell if toilets were clean.. shower was perthetic..more water coming out of shower arm than shower head. Sink had not been cleaned.. filthy on out side with tooth brush spash at back of hand basin.... Bit of elbow grease and cleaning products.. bit of maintenance.. would have made a huge difference to the place. The pool looked green... On closer inspection the ties in the pool were green the water was quite clean... Once again matinance.. acid wash in off season and regular maintenance

Google is not approving my detailed review. I am giving my review in short. This resort is best for budget travelers. I stayed in room no 201 for 4 days with my family in August 2023. This is a very nice resort with large pool. Restaurant in ground floor, very cheap and tasty meal available here. Colva beach is at walking distance. Most of the rooms are AC and working. I will again stay here during my next visit. Cons -- There is no room service.
