I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. All arrangements for my brother wedding by winsome resort are awesome.Not only were the rooms clean and tidy, but the food options provided were also excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The well-maintained premises added to the overall appeal of the hotel, making it a great place to stay. Thanks Winsome for this wonderful and memorable experience.

Pathetic stay and complete waste of money. We booked a Jacuzzi VILLA which didn't even work. Poor hospitality from the management. The facility was under renovation and lacked basic maintenance, the main door handle came off. Booking platforms should take a note of it before offering such poor properties on their platform....

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at this hotel in Jim Corbett, and I must say that it was one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of accommodation. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. Firstly, the condition of the rooms was appalling. They were dirty and unkempt, with stained sheets and a musty odor that was hard to ignore. It felt like no effort had been put into cleaning or maintaining the rooms properly. The AC was also not working. The food was another major letdown. I was looking forward to enjoying some local cuisine, but what I got was far from appetizing. The quality of the food was poor, and the taste was equally disappointing. It seemed like the kitchen staff had no interest in providing a decent dining experience. To make matters worse, the overall service was lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to the concerns of the guests. It felt like they were doing the bare minimum to get by, without any genuine effort to improve the guests' experience. Given the state of the rooms, the quality of the food, and the overall lack of attentive service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a shame that such a beautiful destination like Jim Corbett is marred by the presence of such an unaccommodating and poorly managed establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to explore other options in the area for a more enjoyable and comfortable stay.
