I booked their another outlet that is Yuvraj palace inn due to some maintenance work they made arrangements in yuvraj galaxy inn. I've to say this no doubt rooms are clean, service was good, hot water 24/7 available since there is a geyser. There is a RO for drinking water. Towels, soap and shampoo all were ready before we checked inn. It's just 300m far from bus stand. I was in doubt whether to book this hotel or not since I read the negative comments but my stay was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel . Thank you

Well maintained and very good staffs rooms are all so clean and tiddy good service assistance and very near to bus stand I suggest this to all to visit here and stay and it's very good atmosphere

No doubt the rooms are neat and tidy but we faced the same issue someone else also mentioned in the reviews; i.e. the receptionist asked for payment again even though we had prepaid online, agreed with very much difficulty. I would’ve rated 5 stars if they had not given us headache at the time of checkout! How will you gain anything in the long term if you try to scam customers?
