The room was very clean and had all the necessary items. The washroom was very clean. Got very good facilities, housekeeping staff is very nice, welcomed very nicely On my first visit, I thought the food was very good, there is open facility, swimming pool or gym, the garden area is also very big for children.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The fitness area was well-equipped, and the rooms were comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The highlight, however, was the outstanding housekeeping service by Payal and Sujatha. Their attention to cleanliness was impeccable, and it truly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel. Additionally, the food was delicious, completing a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this establishment for its top-notch amenities and the exceptional service provided by Payal and Sujatha and their team.

Rooms are good and property is well maintained, I guess it is a new property. Management is very poor and staff is not well trained. The manager guff up our 7 rooms and we 15+ people have to adjust in 3 rooms for one night while 4 of us slept in the room behind the reception and got ready next day in the common room.This was very unfair by the management. The rooms where alloted next day in the evening. Staff is very slow and most of the time they are confused. Our room bathroom was too having a leakage. Overall property is good but please ensure about room bookings as the management tends to allocate your rooms to others with higher prices and ask you to cancel the booking at the last moment which is very stressful.
