Decent rooms. The staff is also good. The food in their restaurant is awesome even without onion garlic. We were out from 6 pm and came back at 3 am. They still provided us dinner at 3 am. They also provided a welcome drink when we arrived. And their welcome drink "kashmiri kawa" is just on another level...... Everyone must try it.

I stayed for one night at Rama Trident hotel with my family, and it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel was not too far from the main market and easily walkable. The rooms were decently sized, with all amenities. We were also provided complimentary drop-off to the katra helipad at 6 am in the morning, which was really appreciable. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The food is of great quality and the staff even went out of their way and prepared customized meal for my mother who was fasting during our stay there. I would definitely come back again. Overall a great stay.

It was an amazing experience! The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and cooperative, making our stay delightful. The rooms were not just tidy but also comfortable, and the room service was top-notch. The restaurant? Let's just say they serve the best food in town. There was a moment when we needed an early check-in, and they not only accommodated us but also showed a great level of understanding. Truly appreciated! A solid 100% recommendation to everyone – this place exceeded all expectations

Rama Trident for me is like a second home and the staff there is like family to me. Every person, right from security guard to bell boy to front office staff to room service staff to house-keeping to the Manager are all very polite, helpful and would out of the way to help you. If I have to make a hotel reservation in Katra, it is always Rama Trident....it offers the best services and has very affordable tariff plans, the rooms are quite big and very neat and clean. I travel solo, this place is absolutely safe, the location is also convenient with Katra Market, bus stand in close vicinity.
