The room was not the same as shown in the pictures. They claimed to have sent the correct pictures to the OYO team, but they haven't updated them in the OYO app. The rooms were too cramped, and the bathroom had a foul smell with a poorly maintained tub and mug. The rooms were dirty with no maintenance, despite us paying a significant amount for them. I would strongly advise anyone reading my comment to book this hotel at their own risk. The only positive aspect was that the hotel staff was polite and helpful. That's the only good thing I can say about Savitri Nand Palace.

We had a confirmed booking through an app. The property management had empty rooms too and yet they denied us check-in as the online price was low and they demanded more money from us. Really pathetic management.

I would not like to give even 1 star to this hotel. It was such a bad experience. The name of the hotel should be changed . It's not a palace. It's a toilet. There were bed bugs in beds. Very dirty rooms and toilets. The rooms were like boxes. Bedsheets had stains. There were no cupboard or soap or even hamdwash in washroom. They charge such high price for the one room. It's not at all worth. The rooms are not for even Rs 500. Such fake photos are posted on the website. Please do not book the hotel and don't give any advance before visiting the hotel. The staff was also very rude and bad. They were drunk and we're not talking properly. Such a bad experience. Really very very poor hotel. Dirty, unhygienic very foul smell. It's feels like the whole mussoorie toilets are under the hotel . Please do not stay even by mistake.
