My first Zostel experience and I loved it. Will definitely visit again. The ambience is great and captivating. The staff were the best. Welcoming and really helpful. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The rooms were good. The location is easily accessible. The chef Shankar has been very kind and loved how he prepared food even though we were late. He is an amazing person!

Pros: We stayed in a private deluxe room couple of days back. The room was basic and had a good space with shower but too basic for the price that they charge. Cons: 1. There was no hospitality by any staff employed. All the employees look like they are annoyed by our requests. The receptionist on the day of our check-in was not responsive and he looked as if we are annoying him and disturbing him. 2. There were frequent power cuts that we couldn't use heater to bath and leave the property 3. The wifi was unstable 4. No backup generator 5. There is no view 6. For a private room and the amenities offered, the charges are too damn high 7. Being in Tamil speaking location but no one knew Tamil 8. People were smoking in front of our room This is my first stay at a zostel and I am really really disappointed. Won't recommend this to anyone.
