I have visited for a second time and it’s just as great as the first time. Met lots of people that have come from other Kite houses to Rosie’s because of the welcoming environment. Great kite store locked, perfect location if you want to walk down rather than car some days. Rooms for all types of budgets including private rooms.

@Rosie's is such a beautiful and welcoming place. You can literally feel this spirit of hospitality, enthusiasm, and caring for the guests. It's located close to the stunning beach of Bloubergstrand, in a newly built, quiet area of Cape Town, and there are lots of nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance. You get amazing views of the Table Mountain, and it can even be seen directly from the property. The large living room area on the 2nd floor was my favorite spot to hang out. Such an incredible place! In fact, it was so cozy and relaxing that I didn't want to go outside much :-) On top of that, Rosie is an awesome host, helping you with tips and advice regarding Cape Town, whatever questions you might have. This is one of those rare places that are so hard to leave, and where you wish you had more time to stay.

I have spent a truly great time at Rosie's last year and I am planning to come back this year again. It is not just a kite house, it is an atmosphere of community, belonging and fun that brings people together from all over the world. Very clean, very good service and response rate, kite storage, close to the kite beach and hang out areas. The hostess herself is extremely attentive, accommodating and fantastic in making your stay memorable! Can only recommend!!!!

I joined the Makani trip organized by @Rosie's and absolutely loved it. Rosie is a fantastic host who excels in creating a great group atmosphere. The trip itself was fantastic with a great program and with everything arranged perfectly. If you are looking for your home away from home while exploring Cape Town and want to book a fantastic place where you can meet the best people, look no further.
