We arrived after 7.30pm so had to go on a Davinci Code quest to pick up our keys.Which was fun! The room was basic,but fulfilled our needs. Breakfast was cold, but had a good variety. The dining room was really nice... apart from a huge stuffed teddy bear lounging in a chair 😄 Great city centre location.

A mediocre stay. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Location was great. Overall quality wasn’t great. Hallway was tremendously noisy. Had to carry 4 large keys. Bathroom looked nice with great rain shower. However the fixture was clogged up. The breakfast was limited with little fresh fruit. The website presents a nicer picture than realty.

A great place to stay when visiting Bologna. We stayed here on a trip between Florence and Venice and had a really nice experience. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive and the morning breakfast was a really nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the AC worked great which was a major plus due to the heat right now. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bologna.

I wanted to love this Bed & Breakfast because it's located in a great location and had really good reviews. However, we were put in a room with lots of dust, stained towels, toothpaste splatter on the bathroom wall and mirror, and an unclean toilet flusher. We had just driven over three hours and all I wanted to do was take a shower and rest before going to dinner. So I just cleaned up what I could and dusted the headboard off. My husband was trying to figure out the air conditioner while I was getting ready and then realized that it wasn't working. He called the woman at the front desk and she came to check it out, but couldn't and so she went to ask a co-worker. When she came back she explained in a real nasty way that they have shut off the air conditioners because they're messing up other electronics in the building. She then tells us just to open the window and that most people are using heat now, so why do we want air conditioning. She asked us if there was anything else and so I told her about the dirtiness of the room. She then gets even nastier and scolds me for not telling her right away and that she finds it hard to believe because that's never happened before. I told her that I took pictures and could send them to her. I also explained that we weren't trying to be difficult, but would've liked to come into a clean room. She then says that she doesn't know what I want her to do about it. Perhaps apologize! The room was also supposed to have a city view, well I guess the wall of the building beside you is the city view. The first night we slept with the window opened and didn't get any sleep because of all the street noise and the second night wasn't much better with the window closed. We definitely don't recommend!
