The location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of food options, making it convenient for meals. The day shift staff, consisting of a young gentleman (not sure he's mixed or local) and a middle aged lady, were incredibly courteous and friendly, contributing positively to our stay. HOWEVER, I must share a less pleasant encounter with a guy staff member during the wee hours. This particular individual, who had a Chinese accent, was not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness when we requested basic amenities. We needed toilet paper and a replacement for a faulty kettle in our room, and the response we received was quite disappointing. The staff member tersely stated, "你们可以自己下来拿吗?" (Can't you come down and get it yourselves?) before abruptly ending the call. Overall, cause of this particular guy I have to rate the service as 4/5. But kudos to the two staffs in the day shift. Keep it up!

The room was well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. While the amenities are basic, the effort put into maintaining a clean and tidy environment made my stay enjoyable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly this hotel is worth considering. Good amenities around too - FOOD!!!

Stayed here for a night on my most recent trip to Jb. Initially wanted to stay elsewhere, but the other accommodation was fully booked. thus chose here since it was the next best option. The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd level of the building, it was very spacious. A sum of MYR$50 was collected as deposit. I was assigned a room on the same level as the lobby. The room was very spacious but the amenities seems rather dated. On a closer look, many areas of the rooms looks like they need some refurbishment. Toilet was relatively small, but has all the necessity a toilet should have. Bed on the harder side, but i did have a good night of sleep. Not to mention, the aircon was very cold. Overall, okay for a night of stay. The location of the hotel is very good. There are many eateries nearby. Would i stay again? maybe.

Lovely experience and really good value for money! Location was awesome— just a short 15 min ride from JB central and there are tons of foods in the area, things to do and see. Staff were really friendly, and there were cute photo spots as well :p Room was spacious yet cozy, had all the necessities needed. AC was cold so it was a relief from the sweltering heat outside. Plenty of food options for breakfast right below the hotel, which was a major plus. Would definitely come back to stay when I return to JB!
