Arrived around midnight and was assigned a room with window facing the back alley in a separate building. Had to walk across a dirty back alley. The nightmare was the noise from the restaurant downstairs. The restaurant was washing, throwing rubbish etc until 3 am. The window is totally not sound proof, so was really disturbed by the loud noise from the restaurant. The soundproof between rooms is poor too, the sound of door closing from next door will shake u up in the morning. Worst hotel stay, not worth the money given such nuisance. Please Consider other budget hotel around here.

We always stayed here while waiting for our flight and the place is very easy access to all the food and shops.Shame only the service is deteriorating over the years and my recent stay was the worst. Was kind of dissapointed, cause we choose this place over the new holiday inn which was behind the hotel. One thing for sure, it will be my last stay there.Hopefully they will improve the room and their service as well.

Absolutely garbage service. Checked in at 3:45 pm, 9th December 2023. Was guided to our room through a dirty alley way oozing wirh rotten smell. Our room's door wouldnt even close properly and as such kept making beeping noises. After trying to argue my case to the counter workers of whom NO ONE speaks english, even though the hotel is situated near the international hub airport, a worker with 1 screw dilly dallied his way to our room just to give up. 10 minutes later he showed up with another key card to our "brand new room". Which was a used dirty room with used dirty towels scattered on the floor and bed. We instantly got our refund before leaving. TLDR: AVOID THIS PLACE

Near to Xiamen University. (+/- 6 RM by Grab to this hotel) This hotel locates at Kota Warisan. At KIP Central precisely. Compare to Service Apartment that next to Xiamen University, this hotel more option to get breakfast and dining option. Among several budget hotel in this area, Orange hotel and Hotel 99 are best option. Price is cheap. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Grab (4 seater) price to Downtown KL is about 50 RM. Grab (6 seater) to KLIA 1 is about 14RM. Near.
