My partner and I stayed here in June and we had an amazing time. Bruno was so helpful and him and all the staff were so nice. We stayed in a studio room that backed onto the garden, it was stunning. I was shocked like a few other reviewers about the lack of turn down service, and that we would be charged extra if we were to want new towels (a little odd since it is not cheap, and is typically included). Otherwise, the location is great, the views are great, the rooms are nice, the garden is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. We will definitely be staying there again.

Two friends and I spent 6 nights at the 108mm House and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were modern and well cleaned. We had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant almost every morning. The staff was amazing - Catarina and Bruno were a huge help with navigating Porto and making reservations for us and offering suggestions on things to do and places to eat. The hotel is a bit far from the historic district and the beach, but it is steps away from a bus and trolley stop. Uber is also an option and it costs around 5 euros to the historic district. The walk is flat and easy to and takes about 25 mins. All three of us really enjoyed our time here! The rooms and gardens were lovely, but it was the staff that really made our stay wonderful.

This is a very well hidden gem next to the old center in Porto. It was recently created by the owners at the end of 2022. This is very visible in the perfect interior of the nice spacious rooms. There is a small swimming pool available on the top floor, with a majestic overview of Porto. The staff is super friendly and is helpful in providing a list of things to do and good restaurants. Will definitely return when going to Porto!

We were informed on the day of arrival that there would be no cleaning of the room for our stay of 6 nights. This is something we were not expecting and had a very negative impact on the value for money. We do understand laundry is not done daily because of the environment but a daily refresh of the room seems too basic to be skipped. Environmental reasons don’t seem to be the main reason in a place where e.g. lights in the lobby are on 24/7.

A little off the “beaten” path of tourist traps. Right next to the water. Excellent staff for room service deliveries, friendly tone-setting receptionist, and whole staff attentive to messages/questions before, during, and after our stay. Wifi was down and they provided alternative to connecting to internet until it was fixed. Would highly recommend and return again.
