Can't access with out PRINTED HARD COPIES of registration form and ID 😭 taking 20 steps back in the fight against paper wastage... This is why technology was invented 🤦‍♀️ It is the front desk that insists on guests bringing printed copies, not the agency or owners of the units.

Very well designed flats, excellent cuisine and breathtaking views. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries all very close by. Perfect

Place is good no noise. The pick n pay down stairs makes life easier when you want to get small things. The security is very tight and we loved that about the place. Receptionist is always quick to answer calls and any queries you might have even late at night. Besides the fire alarms that went on this weekend maybe as a result of the earthquake we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in unit 1512 and whoever cleans the unit doesn't move the bed because under the bed there was A LOT of dust and also tissue which belonged to previous clients thus clearly indicating that the place wasn't properly cleaned either than this I'm certainly going back. So just ensure that the cleaner does a good job and towels were not as soft as we would have liked maybe next time add some stay soft when washing them to make it more softer.
