My family and I stayed at the hotel over the Christmas period. Excellent staff, very friendly and smiling. The room for 3 people was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beyond expectations. There was a huge selection of savoury and sweet pastries and the gluten free bread was delicious, probably the best I have ever had. A huge thank you to Gergő, the F&B manager.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Budapest. Great location for a lot of sight seeing, just around the corner is the beautiful Opera house.The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. We had a superior double room, which was perfect for us. The breakfast had such a wide variety of foods. The staff from the front of the house to the cleaners were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. We left the hotel at 4am to get to the airport,the night staff were so kind to have packed a breakfast pack. We are so grateful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

The visit to Budapest was exceptional at this time of the year (Xmas). The hotel is situated it a fantastic location with many of the visiter sites close by. The rooms are a little dated and some remedial required, however, this did not detract away from the friendly service we received,

This a solid 3 star hotel in a prime location. The facilities nice, modern. The superior room was a nice size too. All staff encountered had ready smiles and sincere desire to solve problems. I booked it again. At checking we encountered Kitti Prétor on her first day on the job. Very competent and patient. She like the others we met are a credit to the hotel’s hiring practices. All in all a good value for cost. If on a budget, pass on breakfast and walk to a nearby coffee shop. You can’t go wrong.

The hotel is excellent the rooms are spacious and very clean the bathrooms are big and the service is outstanding ! We asked for a ironing board and iron and in few mins we had it in our room. The breakfast is excellent nice buffet including meats eggs fruits and delicious bread. We enjoyed our stay at 12 Révay Hotel !! Thank you !!

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy
