Service is very bad. Booked through momo and completed payment. The owner texted that the guest had not yet checked out, so he canceled his room. I didn't see the message so I didn't know until late at night when I checked in. The owner also did not call the customer back and canceled on his own. After that, I still blamed the customer for canceling. So I don't know where the room fee goes.

The location is a bit difficult to find, because this 1993 House's is located in an alley, following google map it is easy to get lost. To make it easier to go, you should go to Dien Bien Phu street, pass the green intersection and run a little further to see the Petrolimex gas station on the right. On the right side of the gas station there is a small alley (pay close attention and you will see it), you run straight into that alley. At the fork, turn left, run about 20 meters and look on the left for 1993 House's. Remember to pay attention or you'll run right past it. The hotel owner is very cheerful and beautiful. I've stayed here twice. However, the second time due to work, I stayed here for 1 night but the room was not cleaned thoroughly, the balcony was dusty and trash left by previous guests, the toilet was not cleaned, and there were still very dirty footprints. Don't know what to say. Hope the owner will fix it.
