Overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent. The check-in procedure was also smooth and efficient. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The only thing: there wasn't internet available during my two-night stay (there was an attempt to solve it on the second day, but it didn't work out either). The staff was super friendly and flexible. I'd come back!

It was a really comfort experience staying in here. Location was great and only a few minutes from a lot of attractions, also metro station. I generally don't like hotel breakfasts, but the breakfast in 1er Etage Opéra was very delicious, a fully balanced breakfast with everything. 1er Etage Opéra exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay this place again on my next trip to Paris.

Very nice family style hotel. The location is top, just one minute from galerie Lafayette and printemps - which is an amazing location. I loved people who were working there. They were very kind and attentive. The room is nice and cozy.

Second time I stay at 1er étage, this time for work and I spend 6 nights. It was as great as the first time. The breakfast is consistent and the lady attendant even recognized me. Small boutique hotel where you feel at home. Room are cleaned everyday. Thank you I spend 3 nights in this lovely boutique hotel. The location is right next to Galeries Lafayette, 2 mins walk. I was amazed on how quiet it is even tho we are in the center of the capital. The room is on the small side but the design is well done as you will have everything for your stay. I could suggest a full length mirror will be the only thing missing. The breakfast is served in the common area, like a living room. Super fresh and cover all the palette. I will for sure stay again when I come back. The price was perfect with breakfast included

The room was very cozy, the reception staff and manager were very warm and friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Also, Wi-fi signal was powerful. Best of all, I was able to stay in a good place at a reasonable price. From the hotel near the Opera Avenue, it was very convenient to access various Parisian attractions including department stores. It was located in an old building, so the lift was rather narrow, and it was a pity that my room did not have air conditioning. But I will stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
