✅ Accessibility supporting apartment ✅ Wheelchair accessible Parking/Entrance ✅ Accessible Restrooms are available ✅ Luggage Room and In-house store available- Swimming Pool and Gym are among the amenities ✅ Responsive Building Management ✅ Semifinished/Non furnished apartments ✅ Shopping Carts are available at lobby ✅ Well lit corridors ✅ Weekly cleaning is there ▪️Building material quality is average. ▪️No power outlets inside the bathrooms ▪️Fire alarm can be disturbing but I can’t blame the building but the tenants ▪️relatively clean and tidy building. ▪️Ground Floor Parking is smelly (near to Garbage room)- but it is mostly common in Dubai Been in this Apartment for 6 months and I can recommend this apartment only for rental.

I arranged a viewing for the apartment 505. Apartment was completely dirty, very bad smell and insects around the closet and the kitchen, It is disrespectful to show a studio in this way, smells of dog urine, clothes and shoes, pots and play with people's time. This studio urgently needs cleaning, and cockroach and insect removal. The bad smell of garbage at the entrance is the worst.

Just want to share my disappoinment of the repair maintenance of this building (Azizi Plaza). We reported this problem August 2nd week till now they are not doing it, The leakage from the drainage pipe from the upper room is leaking on our side and causes this molds that is hazardous to us and we have baby with us, and now its starting to fall apart as water continous dripping down. This has been communicated to them in any means we can from the vcm community to the techtiq mantnance. This shows that the management cannot push the guys in upper floor to repair it

We had a visit this building, the lady who show us an apartment from Azizi group her name is Taiba showed one apartment there’s bed smell inside. So when we went out we told that we do not like the building. Next day I informed her what is our budget and our expectations, for below she got rude and unprofessional. Broker of Azizi must be more professional, at list to listen to the clients needs. I would never recommend Taiba from Azizi
