        We were excited to be staying at the apartments. Unfortunately, a week before the booking we had to leave Cape Town for a family medical emergency. We requested a refund or even part refund but this was not granted. We were told that if the property was rebooked then we could have a refund. We have seen the property was rebooked but no refund issued or contact received from the host. Therefore, the host is now receiving double payment for the property when we gave as much notice as we could and we only cancelled due to emergency situation.

        The apartment is very good. Cozy, and fully equipped. It even has a washer and dryer. It is close to the center, which can be reached on foot, and is located in a completely safe area, with street surveillance. Nearby there is a Spar supermarket, and several restaurants.
