We were excited to be staying at the apartments. Unfortunately, a week before the booking we had to leave Cape Town for a family medical emergency. We requested a refund or even part refund but this was not granted. We were told that if the property was rebooked then we could have a refund. We have seen the property was rebooked but no refund issued or contact received from the host. Therefore, the host is now receiving double payment for the property when we gave as much notice as we could and we only cancelled due to emergency situation.

Perfect accommodation for family of 4. Looks exactly like the photo's and Ian is such a friendly, informative and professional host. Would definitely stay here again.
