I book the apartment with Waves Holiday Home. They made my stay amazing. Vuk is amazing host. Very helpful and responsive to all my needs. The apartment is nice designed with boho style decor. Very well equipped with coffe machine and even dishwasher. The view from balcony is the best on the Burj Khalifa and fountain show. The location is very good. Very near to Dubai mall and all the attractions. Surrounded by parks, restaurants, supermarkets. The building facilities are very well. Playground for kids. Very nice pool and gym.

The place is amazing, we really had a great time staying there. The only negative thing I experienced was when we were checking in. We checked in last Friday, September 1, 2023 at 5 pm. The receptionist who was there in the building was very rude to me. I didn’t like how he approached me that time.

Amazing place situated at the heart of dubai. Downtown and walkable distance to Burj Khalifa. Best for a family trip.

Worst security, stupid management. Security here giving headache instead of helping tenants to solve everyday problems. I would not write this comment if they would just be passive (btw, that would be just amazing) but real problem is that often they bother tenats with their own stupidity: I have my tenancy contract for 2 more months and security suddenly blocked my access cards to building(without no warning) because of expired trading license of company which apartments are belonged to. What!? How the my company`s trading licence related to tenancy contract and management company of the building? While security here protecting tenants from their own apartments random people from the street can easily pass through reception and hypotetically break your door.
