I recently visited this spa for a massage, and the experience was highly disappointing. The bathroom was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. During the massage, the therapist constantly checked her watch for messages, which kept vibrating. It was clear she lacked professionalism, often looking to her colleague for guidance, resulting in a poor-quality massage. Furthermore, the cost was high, considering the bad service provided. The massage room was uncomfortably small, lacking privacy, and the curtains separating the massage areas were not clean. Overall, this was the worst massage experience I've had in Asia, and I strongly advise against coming to this spa.

Had a massage here. Menu price is expensive, we haggled down. Still not worth it at all. Although we were told upon entering that tipping is not necessary, after the massage we were asked to give a 100k VND tip. Massage was in a room with 7 other people. Masseuses were constantly talking to each other loudly, taking phone calls, checking phones. Little to no privacy - very sheer dividing curtains barely used. Only bathroom had a door that doesn't close, dirty, leaking plumbing everywhere. The bathroom was inside of a private massage room, whoever's in that room constantly had people coming and going to use the bathroom. The actual massage was good - but zero peace, a chaotic cramped experience.

Worst massage of my life in Asia. We were 2 - One massage lady was copying the other one as she had 0 experience The only one who “knew” had literaly 4 movements for a feet massage We stopped it before the end as it was just wasting time. Room horrible No privacy Transparent curtains so everybody can see each other To avoid absolutely
