I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at 25Hours Hotel Florence. From the moment I checked in, the hotel's warm and delightful atmosphere stood out. The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. It was tastefully decorated with fun art works, providing a interesting and comfortable retreat. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. The room was very warm and cozy. I also liked the hotel's beautiful on-site restaurant which served delicious carefully prepared traditional and modern dishes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a diverse and tasty selection every morning. The hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. And it is close to Florence's central train station In summary, the hotel is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a cozy and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here 3 nights. Room was spacious. Bed is comfortable, stayed in heaven. Drinks in the fridge are free. Breakfast is a buffet, (you pay extra if you ask for fried eggs). Not a big verity. But I really want to give a big thank you to Hermann this man is amazing, he helped with our train tickets was so patient with our questions and was always so happy. The hotel is a walking distance from most attractions. Would definitely recommend.

We love this place. We had a sudden change of plans and had to quickly find a new place to stay in Florence. So we found the 25 hours hotel. From the first second we were treated unbelievably friendly. The great receptionist (we think her name was Anna) took some time to make us feel welcome. Our room was fantastic, unbelievably spacious, and also quiet. Breakfast was nice, staff was friendly, and everything was clean. If we come back to Florence, we will for sure stay here again.

Very cool hotel. Amazing location with very cool interior and design. They have a theme of heaven and hell. Half of the rooms are bright with blue and white colours with little angels and the other half are red and dark with a hell theme. The main restaurant and bar area are really cool. The food is top notch and so are the drinks. The bedroom was expensive and was pretty small with a huge shower which took up most of the space. They advertise cool things like a “free mini bar” but there’s barley anything in it. The staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming. Considering the price you pay, you would expect more in this regard. Location is amazing. Three or four minute walk off of the main square. Overall, we enjoyed staying here but expected a bit more considering the price.

Came all the way from India to Hell!! Like quite literally! :) My wife and I spent our 1-year anniversary here, and we could not have chosen a better location. The staff was always helpful and friendly no matter what time it was. We stayed a night in Heaven and One in Hell, it was something special and out of the ordinary. The rooms are so well designed and intricately created that I couldn't get enough of it! Very very well thought out! The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The welcome drinks (Accor Silver Benefit) were absolutely amazing! Thank you for the great service, we will definitely be back!!
