over crowded apartment with only 4 lifts available. theres so many bnb tourists, dirty and noisy at night. yes for bnb but big no for lifetime stay

Opposite Mall of Indonesia and close to Mall Artha Gading and Mall Kelapa Gading. At the time I lived there for 3 months around 2017 and had occasional problems with cockroaches (hope it is solved by now). Basic but reasonably comfortable apartment with all the necessities. Just two gas rings connected to a gas cylinder for cooking and a microwave but no gas or electric oven.

A good quality apartment residence with lots of facilities in kelapa gading area. This is good investment for those who are looking property in north jakarta & a convenient place to live in.
