I’m a bit surprised with the bad reviews. My experience was great, since the moment I did the reservation, until we left the apartment. We took the key from their office and went to the apartment. Nicely furnished, with all the necessary commodities to spend a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, sale for the pillows. Shower was also good, water has a lot of pressure.

Worst experience I've ever had! After several flights, thought booking through a "professional host" would bring peace of mind. Far from it. Left feeling like an idiot the more I tried to communicate. "Oh, it's not bugs, it's dirt", and then don't clean the apartment, tell me I'll be back to a better condition, no one lifted a single spec of dirt, no one changed the pillows with suspicious white stains, anll that I mentioned as soon as I got in. They fixed 1 light out of several off, no one cared when I said I had health issues and was allergic, drain wouldn't dry the tub water. Oh , "but the team said everything was fine" even though I had pictures to prove every single absurd. Absolutely disgusting, shameful. I have never thought I would have this experience in FINLAND, of all places. Tourist board will be informed for sure. Not to mention the pictures of moldy baseboards, signs of infiltration, a huge public health hazard! Soon adding pictures.

Terrible check-in experience. Booked via hotels.com where on the reservation it said that we will receive an email 24 hrs before check-in. Well we never received anything. They do not answer phones, WhatsApp messages or emails. On their answering machine they refer to the email we never got. No way to contact them whatsoever. I arrived at their office with my family and heavy suitcases only to find out that the office has no customer service either - only boxes for keys. We only accidentally met their employee when our son banged their window. They then sent an email which arrived completely unreadable and scrambled. The lady did try her best and checked us in manually but by then the damage was already done…never again, no matter how great their apartment might eventually be. I can imagine this happening outside office hours and then we would have been all out of luck.

Absolutely horrible experience with 2ndhomes in Finland in Helsinki where they decided to debit my card without my knowledge and charged my card for a place I didn't even intend to rent in the first place with me and my girlfriend. I didn't check in to the place and I didn't even set foot in the apartment and they refuse to refund the amount as well. They claim that in order to get a refund you have to contact airbnb which I did, and after being in touch with airbnb and making a refund inquiry they decline the inquiry and still refuse to refund the amount I paid. Absolute scammers. The way their service has been as a customer and this little regard for customers is absolutely disgusting. The fact that they can't have any slight oversight over a customer's situation and refuse to refund the amount is unbelievable makes me not trust them to any degree. They have lost all trust in how a company should operate and behave towards customers and how they should conduct business. Absolutely disgusting customer service experience

Poor service and phone call never get through include emergency call. Email only reply when office hour. We have trouble getting keys as without receiving code number for keys, we pay extra money for resolving unexpected issues. We feel completely helpless and disappointed, please check Google review rating before booking, this is not trusted accommodation never come again.
