Hard to explain all there is about Banyan Tree group and their massive cluster of properties and elegant brand and affiliates involved. They basically started and created everything the Laguna Phuket area is and will be. 40 years of history and they have found the winning formula. As a realtor, this is an easy brand to sell. Be patient. It sells so fast, you have to buy off plan and wait for construction completion.

Owner of a property, don't ever use Laguna property service, you will be sorry. The manager, Roman, is double face, he only nice to the owner from the beginning; at the end of the day he is the head who has bad attitudes toward the owner and you will have difficulty to charge anything from the deposit, in which Laguna kept the deposit of the tenant. Further, Roman won't sign your rental until 1 or 2 months later, so the owner only get their rental income 2 months later. roman would have so many excuses which has no ground and irrelevant. The owner never can win. Not only they don't care about your property and they let tenant to damage misuse your property, as they see the tenant is their true clients, who gives the owner business even though the owner is the one who pay Laguna their commissions. One of the problem is that they have too many owners give Laguna Property to market their property and not many tenants. Therefore they always in favour of the tenant which is not professional at all.

Well-appointed 3-story townhouses, but too many, and too close together for comfort. Good option for a very comfortable short stay, wouldn't like to stay long-term. 10 min walk to the beach.
