My wife recently booked this stay for the two of us and to be quite honest it was a disaster. We were only staying for one night as we had plans to move onto the Giraffe Manor the next day; so we picked this place as a pleasant stop in from the airport. I wish I took photos but the towels and linen were filthy. The living room smelled quite musty and we noticed that the carpet in some parts of the living room were damp from who knows what. The water took about 5 minutes of running cold before it became lukewarm so in the end we skipped having showers after out long flight because we just wanted to sleep and move on. I'm not sure how thin the walls are but we could people stomping around above us as well as the lyrics to whomever was using the gym at 11pm! So the sleep for us was minimal. We didn't bother alerting the reception as we just wanted to sleep and leave. Maybe they would have fixed these things, who knows. We probably won't consider staying here again.

What I like about this place: Talk of technology. I talk technology well since I'm equally a technical person. An engineer to be right. This is a home built on the state-of-the-art technology. Talk of the lighting system; best modern LED lights. Talk of natural light penetrating the interiors in the day. It was an architectural art with perfect orientation. What of efficient solar water heating systems, efficient electrical kitchen apparatus not to mention the super efficient vertical transport, otherwise called lift. KONE did a great job! What a home without a gym. Come see a fully fledged gym and an extensive hot water swimming pool. You need a fully furnished home away from home, look no further 👌 You'll be happy you boarded here!

Is it really necessary to have your gym blaring music with heavy base early in the morning on week days and then on afternoons on weekends when we are trying to relax? We are all paying! How inconsiderate! I will be reporting this to the local police.

Really disappointed with our stay here. Unfortunately the apartment was extremely dirty and the water was cold and a technician came to fix it by the afternoon so we didn't get to shower and when he left the water was warm for a short while it went gold again so we all had cold showers. The babies clothes became very dirty from the dirty floor. After the cleaner came the apartment was still dirty and we had to do a mop ourselves. When we asked for a concession due to the issues we were refused and told they won't let us leave until the full amount is paid. So essentially used their security gate was used as a mechanism to hold us against our will. We were in a rush as we had to catch a flight and the premises used that to their advantage. Sadly we won't be staying here again and will be informing others as our daughter lives near by in kilaleshwa.
