43€ for 2 adults with a child, is too expensive for what they offer. The hotel is very old, not like in the pictures. If you'll stay at the last floor, you will have a heat problem, because the roof isolation is so bad. We had 33°C in the room. Air con make some people sick, not everyone can use it, but we haven't another solution. The pillow were the hardest we had in our lives. It could be loud in the night because of the shops on the alley. We would not stay again, it wasn't a comfortable stay at all, even we stay just for few hours before our flight.

Extremely dishonest management. Intended to book a room for January 25 but AGODA had populated the date as February resulting in a reservation exactly one month later than intended. I contacted the hotel staff immediately upon realizing the error and requested a change in the date. I also put a request through AGODA to contact the property. Unfortunately the room I booked was sold out for the January date and they refuse to cancel the booking. The only offer they had was to upgrade the room (At my cost). I was fine with the upgrade option and the cost of the upgrade. But, they then wanted to also charge a "Upgrade Fee" which was double the amount of the difference in room prices. A entirely understandable fee if I were changing the dates arbitrarily or at leisure. Given the date change was an obvious and understandable error, charging such a fee is nothing more than plain extorsion and gouging of customers. I told them I would rather deal direct with AGODA if they were not going to be reasonable and the staff member instantly became passive aggressive and suggested I should do exactly that. Soon after I ended the call she then called back and suggested that I book an additional room promising to refund the original at a later date or when I arrive at the property. Another solution that I may have been much warmer to were it not for the now obvious dishonest and manipulative tactics of this properties personnel. When I again suggested that I would rather deal with AGODA, they immediately processed my AGODA change request as "Denied" out of pure spite and vindictiveness.

A gem in downtown Bangkok. The room was clean compact but very comfortable . Location is very convenient walk to shopping center easy connect to sky train.
