Location: Perfect 10/10 easy to access from Airport buses and central train station Check-in & out : Smooth and quick 10/10 Personnel : Very kind and helpful, always kind 9/10 Room: A little bit worn out, but clean and comfy. It was too hot during winter and although we asked reception to close our rooms’ heating, we couldn’t sleep properly and had to open window to get some cold air which unfortunately let outside noise enter our room. 6/10 Breakfast: We enjoyed it 8/10 Overall our experience was 8/10 and we may consider to stay again in this hotel in our future trips to Milano.

Only stayed for 1 night and upon arrival greeted by friendly staff. Very helpful for dinner options and getting us checked in quickly. Located not far from main train station and close to metro trains. Rooms clean and big enough for two weary travellers. Bathroom clean and spacious. Beds comfortable and provide a nice place to rest weary body and feet. Breakfast included from 0700am.. very tasty and delicious. Coffee machine for about . 60euros. Water/soft drink machine all at less than 1 Euro. Worth staying and highly recommend.

Stayed here one night and booked this due to proximity to the train station. It was very convenient to the station, but the area left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and they did let us store our bags before check-in. The room definitely showed some wear. Due to the season they had all AC turned off, so we had to leave the window open as we slept. This would have been fine if our window was not directly across from a parking garage, so it was fairly loud at times. The bed was quite firm but we slept well after a day of travel. Our room had a bathtub but no stopper (asked mgmt), so it could not be used. Half of the shower door was removed so showering was a lot more breezy than our other accommodations.

A good option for short term / overnight stays. It’s about a short 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station. Check in was easy & efficient. Staff was nice & welcoming. Wifi access was fast & worked really well. Our standard room was a bit dated, some scruffs on the walls but was generally pretty clean. Not as posh as their marketing photos or matched the aesthetics of their general common areas. At times the hotel also has a strong cleaning smell to it as we walked through in the mornings. Their lobby & breakfast area looked more modern than the rooms but overall, it was a decent stay for the proximity we needed.

We stayed here on our first trip to Milan (Sept 2023). I was very pleasantly surprised at what a nice little unassuming hotel this is! The staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are modern but comfortable. Bed is a medium-firm. Blackout blinds work well. We could hear/feel the trams going by outside but it wasn't too obnoxious (we were in the 7th floor). Breakfast (an optional extra charge) was surprisingly good! An assortment of pastries, fruit yogurt, and even bacon and eggs (real eggs, not powdered junk!). The coffee machine will make various special coffee drinks, too. Breakfast is definitely worth the money is you don't want to spend your morning trying to find a place to eat. Location is 2 blocks from the central train station and the metro. It's a 45min walk to the center of town (the Duomo, etc) but metro gets you there in 10 minutes. Internet is nice and fast, and easy to access. The neighbourhood seems a bit dirty but the hotel certainly isn't. We were quite happy with our stay.
