This was the best hotel of our stay in Italy. The staff are fantastic and so helpful. The breakfast is amazing and there are so many things you can order (all super tasty). The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfy. Would absolutely return and hope to do so soon

Simply amazing! Exactly what you look for in a boutique. Cozy, warm and homey. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was delightful. The facility was clean and well decorated. The rooftop access with view of the fFlorence skyline was an added pleasure! Would definitely stay again ❤️

I can't describe how sophisticated and stunning this Boutique hotel is! Amazing rooms, location, and service Great value for money Joan Paulo and Jiovani made sure we have the best experience Many rooms are right on the river Breakfast is full of options and it's very delicious and good

I previously wrote a strong & negative review directly after I left 4F as I was very disappointed. I deleted that review as I felt it was a bit too tough! I want to be objective and fair, so decided to write a honest but considered 2nd review. 4F has some good points so let’s start there - Great views over looking the river, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, quiet in the evening, amazing staff at the breakfast service, full air-con throughout & beds are very comfy. This makes for an ok stay, if your looking for something reliable and simple! There are however some areas they should focus on improving….. The smell of sewage & damp from the bathroom (or ours at-least) is terrible. It was suffocating when you entered the bathroom, making for a very unpleasant stay. The reception staff lack any charisma and are not welcoming. They sit in there little cupboard and have no interaction with guests. Not even a smile as you go past for breakfast! Common areas are a bit tatty & start to feel cheap. Carpets fraying, the approach to the roof top messy and walls a bit grubby. Breakfast is complicated and is a bit low quality (as an example - our avocado toast was supermarket guacamole with some processed ham). I would simplify and do three things really well! Also have the coffee available for guests to help themselves. To sum up my stay…. Ok and comfortable! But not really worth the money and I wouldn’t go back.
