The villa is great, it's in a decent location. Although not too central. It's not far from the beach and it's within walking distance, depending on how much you like walking :) Naklua is not the same as Pattaya town, it's a lot quieter and the beach is not as accessible, which is no fault of the villa at all! Just a point of observation. The villa itself is fantastic and the photo's dont really do the pool justice. It's not a huge pool, but it's big enough to get some good lengths in during the day. The patio area is fine and has an outside kitchen with BBQ, which we made use of every day we were there. The villa is clean and well maintained. There's a large smart TV in there which is 4k resolution. It was so good it made me super jealous of my own TV at home, so I've ordered one. The location does work really well because it gets the sun throughout the whole day. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage space. They do have narrow balconies, but we didn't really use them at all. Beds are comfortable and clean. The sofa downstairs was large and big enough for someone to sleep upon. The owner was extremely welcoming and came by every day to see if we were okay or needed anything more. It's not far from the Tesco Lotus, Terminal 21. But if you don't have a car, you'll need to get a taxi or songthaew. All in all, I'm very happy with our stay and actually recommended it to my parents who may be coming over here later this year. Only one slightly negative is the price - I do think it's a little expensive, but we did stay during Songkran which is always going to be more expensive. I would expect some kind of discount if staying longer than 4 nights. I think that's fair. There are other villas in the same area that are cheaper, but I can't comment if they're to the same standard. But would I stay again? Absolutely. In fact, I look forward to staying there again.
