A couple travelling around Thailand, this was our first stop in Koh Samui. The staff at this resort were so nice and friendly. We only tried the lunch menu here - but was pretty good. They rent scooters too at 200/day. Be prepared to bring a few mosquito sprays with you, there were loads. The rooms were very standard, people’s previous reviews wasn’t kidding when they said the walls were thin - you could hear everything. Next doors tv, even if they put something on the table you could hear it. Every night there were family gathered outside until late, barely get to sleep until 1am. Probably the worst shower I’ve ever experienced - there was no way you could adjust the shower head - made the whole shower room wet every time. With a bit of upgrading to the rooms, I think this hotel could be so much better.

Its a very cute and peaceful resort at the beach front. However the waves at this beach are always rough and you cannot enjoy much. We stayed at the ground floor and felt the floor levelling was not horizontal. 2km far from the shopping street but that's ok for the travelers who like peace.

Amazing sea view, with the entire resort exhuming a very relaxed, cool atmosphere. The services were excellent, from being provided with towels daily to enjoying a great massage session within the confines of the resort’s beach bar. Great breakfast selection for reasonable prices. Great location away in a quiet area of Lamai, within walking distance to town center. Excellent experience overall, highly recommended!

We stayed at the 4U Resort in October 2023 and absolutely loved it. We had an apartment with sea view which was marvelous. The whole resort was very beautiful and clean. It was directly by the beach and therefore nice and quiet. When you go to the main road, there was 7-Eleven and other stores close by as well as laundry services and a water automat. The 4U resort also has boats, SUPs and diving goggles that we could use for free. The water was surprisingly great for snorkeling! We saw so many beautiful fishes. There was also a massage place directly on the property with one of the best massages I had in Thailand, thus far. The resort staff also organized a transfer to our ferry which was very convenient and for a good price. On our last day, we accidentally left our sunglasses in the car and Clement went out of his way to find them and send them to our next hotel – this made our whole week! In summary, we can absolutely recommend 4U Resort for short- and long-term stays.

100% recommend for a relaxing stay. Recently stayed for four nights here, occupying two rooms and couldn't fault it. Reception staff were friendly and super helpful, we were even able to check in earlier as we arrived from an early flight. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Bungalow from a standard room (a lovely surprise, thank you!). Both rooms were super clean and spacious and serviced daily by housekeeping. Facilities are great, plenty of sunbeds by the pool or on the beach, you're also given pool towels to use. Complimentary use of a kayak and a paddle board also available. Onsite restaurant and bar if needed and also masseuses situated in a little hut over the beach. (Very relaxing and well worth a visit). There's a few restaurants walking distance nearby and a 7/11. Lamai viewpoint is very close and worth a visit. Alternatively you can walk along the beach for 10/15 minutes and reach plenty of other restaurants, bars, massage parlours, shops located in central Lamai. It's a shame they don't do one night stays (although I understand why) as we have one night back on the island later this month and we'd have definitely returned! Thanks for a great stay.
