Service was great. The owner really tries to make it a pleasant stay. The only reason it's four instead of five stars is that it's hard to find. There are no signs to tell you where to go. The hotel is behind a locked gate and after you get past that, you need to know to go up the elevator to the first floor. The only reason I knew the hotel was there was looking at the keypad entry list. This issue could be resolved with a sign out front and a sign past the gate telling people to go to the first floor. The location is right next to the water. Easy walk along the shore and restaurants.

Great location beside the American Embassy also steps away from the water front. Metro station just an 8 minute walk away that takes you to the Napoli Central Train station. There are plenty of food options just a few steps away. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Although they did not have someone in person, staff was easily accessible through WhatsApp and assisted with places to eat and assistance with getting into the room. I will definitely be staying here again when I need to visit the Embassy.

I was traveling by my self, I arrive on Monday 12 of December,I stayed 3 nights, I just wanna say few things that the place looks great, besides that, I DID NOT expect all that comfort, from B&B usually many BB doesn’t have many comfort as this one, they clean your room everyday, you have little fridge inside room, coffee that you can make in your room everyday. If I have to find something, then it’s some of clients next room to you are loud, and you have to wake up early, that a little bit annoying, if next time I will go to Naples, I will definitely book with them again, but I will ask for quite room. The owner was extremely Kind, and the guy at the reception also, they treat me very well, highly recommended
