Its hard to remain optimistic here. The issues started before I officially moved in. I was given a downgraded apartment I didn't originally sign up for but decided to proceed with moving in for the location. The maintenance staff doesn't finish their work on multiple work orders. The staff hardly picks up the phone. My package was stolen in the lobby; of course, they have no cameras to catch the thief. The parking garage gate has been broken for a month leaving our cars open to be broken into. I have mold in my bathroom that has yet to be addressed. They removed 12 pieces of gray tile from my shower to fix a leak and chose to replace the 12 gray tiles with white ones because they can't find replacement tiles(tacky). Everything thing here is done with low effort and care. I am a former property manager in Atlanta and have worked a range of properties, the stuff that happens here is unacceptable. Every encounter I've had with the staff always results in temporary/weak solutions. If you want customer service and accountability this isn't your building however if you're focused on location this is definitely your building which is why I gave 2 stars. I included examples of the quality of work they provide here.

I moved here just a little over a month ago. The location is amazing and my place is HUGE, but coming from working in property management I have to say the team here is incredible. Andrew helped me throughout my move process and was so awesome the whole time. Krishna helped me out when I immediately lost my parking pass and was so sweet. The maintenance team is 🔥 🔥 🔥. No one ever gives maintenance the credit they deserve, not realizing just how much they do for the communities and their residents. This past weekend I was running out to a wedding and my ceiling started leaking quite a bit (this happens in buildings sometimes)I called the office and spoke to someone off site, by the time I got back from the wedding it was as if the leak had never been there. I’m not exactly sure which crew member came but thank you SO much for getting there on a Saturday, saving my things and getting everything cleaned up! 900 Peachtree Lofts for the win

I love this apartment complex! You can’t beat the location (close to Piedmont Park, MARTA, and Tech). The apartments have lots of character with big wood floors, lots of light, and exposed brick. New staff is super responsive! All in all, safe, trendy, and one of the more affordable spots in midtown.
