Great location inside the old city, staff are super friendly and accommodating, nice little pool with gym and restaurant. Coworking space available if that's your thing. Rooms were super clean huge king size bed was super comfortable too, the showers are top notch nice water pressure and can go super hot. Prices were very good too. Also just around the corner from the one end of the Sunday night market and a 7 eleven right there too and coin laundry shop.

The location - located in old city it’s a 1 min walk to the gorgeous temple and the Sunday night market. Tons of trendy coffee shops and great restaurants nearby, as well as 7-11. A quick Grab/Bolt to the airport as well. If you are looking for a quiet area that’s walkable but still has great accommodations nearby, this is it. Service- friendly and polite staff. They were very attentive and greeted us every single time. Such a great experience. Room/Building - absolutely loved everything. From the characteristic charm, high ceilings, open pool/restaurant area. We fell in love with this place. Overall, would highly recommend 99 Hotel while you are staying in Chiang Mai.

Staff are really friendly! Always greets you with a smile & are there to help you. Rooms were always cleaned when I came back from my adventures including with new water bottles! Laundry service included the best part it also gave you the option for self service laundry. 99 restaurant breakfast you chose what you wanted, I loved the egg sandwich and French toast. The waiter/cashier was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere of this hotel was great. Although the room was nice but when we didn’t have our AC on the room smelled a bit like old wood & the bed creaked a lot which woke me up most of my nights.

The hotel's location is superb. We stayed for two nights in a deluxe room on the fourth floor and we were extremely satisfied with the room. I particularly enjoyed the high ceiling and the unique experience of having the shower and bath outside. The wifi was quite slow, but since we had a portable wifi with us, it didn't pose a problem. Although the building is quite old, it has been tastefully decorated.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It is a very well kept, modern and an incredibly comfortable hotel in a great location. The bed was by far one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in and the addition of the bed being a four poster bed in the centre of the room was perfect. The pillows were incredible - I wanted to take them home with me. The room had all required amenities and was serviced daily to a very high standard. I looooooved the outside bathtub and shower. I love Chiang Mai anyway, but even if I didn’t, I would come back just to stay at this hotel. Thank you 99 The Gallery for a wonderful stay - I can’t wait to return.
