Not a review of the hotel- only roof top bar. We ordered 2 cocktails at a quiet time, and it took 45 mins for them to arrive. I had to chase the waiter twice and went up to the bar myself once to chase. The staff (waiter and bar man) were very distracted despite us being only one of 5 tables) and very distant/rude attitude. When the drinks arrived, they weren't apologetic for the ridiculously long wait and the drinks didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them. Very disappointing service, customer service and quality for 16€ a drink! I would not recommend.

A very nice hotel with excellent customer service. The room was exceptionally clean, and every day coming back to the room it was as clean and tidy as if we had just checked in. The staff were exceptional. We had difficulty with the room key process, as we were only able to have one working room key among 2 people. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar is stunning. The location is within a few minutes walking distance to many must-sees such as the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the forum, and colosseum. The downsides of the location are that many restaurants nearby are expensive tourist traps (but there are many quality restaurants if you look), and there is a lot of noise starting from sunrise and going until 1 or 2 in the morning. There is a bus stop nearby, but the nearest metro station is about a 10 minute walk. Overall an excellent stay, I would highly recommend.

A stunning hotel in the heart of Rome. The rooms, service and roof top bar (where breakfast is served) were all wonderful. There was a young woman working at breakfast time (I don't know her name unfortunately) who would greet you with the most joyful smile and welcome, every morning. I would love to stay again, the next time I'm in Rome.
