This is not a B&B or a hotel. It is more of a hostel. The entry way/lobby was in terrible condition and run down. There was never anyone there working so we couldn’t ask for anything or get any help. The room itself is tiny and everything is very cheap. The pillow was so flat it might as well have been a place mat and they had put on a brand new pillowcase that had never been washed so it was scratchy we had to cover them in our t-shirts since we couldn’t ask the staff for different pillowcases since they weren’t ever at the “hotel.” The sheets were cheap and transparent. The best thing about this place is it’s proximity to Pizzeria Da Michele.

Stayed here for a few nights, first time in Italy. The hotel is in a great location, in the centre of the old town and opposite the famous L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele. The room is simple and comfortable, can be rather loud at night with the traffic outside. Antonio was a great host and was on hand over messages when needed. Would happily stay again if I'm ever back in Napoli.

Excellent location first of all, a hop away from da Michele pizzeria and walking distance from the train station. Rooms were clean and very quiet. The service and check in process were also great. Visited here during summer of 2020.
